Our keynote speaker at the NAI Florida Forum 2025, Patrick E. Murphy, is the Chief Investment Officer of Coastal Construction. He leads innovation efforts with AI-driven technologies such as Togal.AI and CodeComply.AI, while also supporting the expansion of RENCO, a sustainable building system. A CPA and University of Miami graduate, Patrick began his career as a construction laborer and later worked at Deloitte before serving in the U.S. House of Representatives (2013–2017).
